Taylor Walton promotes three to Partner

We are delighted to announce three partner promotions as part of our continued investment in providing first class legal support to clients across the region. The promotions are effective from 1 July 2016.

Tom Caterer has been promoted to Residential Conveyancing Partner in the firm’s St Albans office. Tom joined Taylor Walton in early 2012 and advises clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, equity release schemes, transfers of equity, new build properties and shared ownership properties. His promotion further strengthens the firm’s growing presence in the St Albans residential conveyancing market.

Steven Hamilton has been promoted to Private Client Partner in the firm's Harpenden office. Steven joined Taylor Walton as a solicitor in the Private Client team upon his qualification in 2007 and has developed a very loyal following due to his extensive knowledge and excellent client care skills. Steven advises individuals on lifetime tax planning, succession planning and will drafting, probate and complex estate administration, trust administration, powers of attorney including lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters.

Will Mercer has been promoted to Family Partner in the firm's St Albans office having initially joined Taylor Walton as a trainee in September 2009. Will advises clients on all aspects of Family Law including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial arrangements on the breakdown of relationships, children matters, cohabitation issues and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
