I am a Partner and Head of our Residential Property Department, based in St Albans. I pride myself on my proactive and client focused approach to my work which ensures an efficient and effective service for both clients and introducers alike.

With more than 25 years’ experience in residential property, I am able to assist clients in relation to all aspects of residential property from more straightforward residential conveyancing including registered/ unregistered land, freehold/leasehold/shared ownership titles to more complex property investment and/or property development. I am well versed in both New Build conveyancing and development work acting for both buyers and developers depending on the project and happy to assist with transactions involving off plan properties, self-build projects and New Homes Quality Code paperwork and procedures.

Over the years, I have developed an extensive network of clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, developers and house builders who I continue to work with using my specialist expertise and knowledge in this field.

I spend much of my time in the world of New Build conveyancing and development work acting for both buyers and developers.

I joined Taylor Walton in 2016.
