Daniella is an experienced solicitor who joined Taylor Walton’s Corporate & Commercial team in February 2016. She advises on a broad range of corporate law and corporate and commercial transactions for a variety of clients (including companies, individuals and partnerships). She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and reorganisations.
During her career, Daniella has completed secondments at the Lawn Tennis Association and Science Museum (where she was the sole legal advisor).

acquisition of a large UK manufacturer
sale of a group of private schools and intra group re-organisation
joint venture acquisitions of property
section 110 demerger and company re-organisation
AIM listed company reduction of capital
re-registration of a public limited company to a private limited company
AIM listed company Whitewash procedure (waiver from the requirement to make a general offer under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code)
