Lyndsay is a solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate team and is based in the Luton office.
Lyndsay studied English and History at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana before moving to the UK to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London, followed by a master’s degree in International and Comparative Business Law.
Prior to joining Taylor Walton as a trainee in 2014, Lyndsay spent several years working closely with Henry Frydenson MBE, the principal of Frydenson & Co, a boutique firm in London specialising in contentious trusts, probate and charity work.
Lyndsay qualified into the Commercial Real Estate department at Taylor Walton in September 2016 and currently acts for a wide range of clients in both the local and national property market.
Lyndsay advises on all aspects of commercial real estate, including landlord and tenant matters as well as leasehold and freehold property acquisitions and disposals, and particularly enjoys working closely with the firm’s Private Client department on the property aspects of trusts and estates.
