We are proud of our track record in supporting charities in relation to their property portfolios.
For over 25 years we have worked in partnership with one of the UK’s leading national children’s charities to manage matters regarding their high street retail portfolio, as well as the premises from which their projects are managed.
This wealth of experience means that we are ideally placed to support charitable organisations with their property related needs.
We are accustomed to the requirements and procedures of the Charities Act 2011 regarding property acquisition and disposal, and bring our commercially focused approach to all matters, ensuring that we deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
We recognise the importance of delivering true value when working with our charitable clients, and are happy to discuss discounts and alternative fee arrangements as required to help you achieve your objectives.
