Heather Cowley is a highly experienced commercial lawyer and the Head of Taylor Walton’s Employment Law team. She deals with all aspects of employment law including business reorganisations, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancies (including collective redundancies), employment tribunal proceedings, managing terminations including disciplinary and grievance procedure, discrimination issues, managing and implementing works councils and information forums, collective and trade union issues.
