Services for Businesses without HR Support

Our team has substantial experience of working in partnership with employers who do not have a dedicated HR resource. Our aim is to deliver a seamless, practical and highly effective solution to your employment matters.

We understand the many challenges that businesses without a dedicated HR team can face, and work as an extension of the internal team to help with:

  • Day to day HR issues
  • Applying the law to help achieve business objectives
  • Strategies to deal with HR issues affecting the operation of the business
  • Ensuring the business is compliant with both current and future legislation

We will take the time to understand your business, your unique goals, culture, environment and of course your people. We understand the importance of providing prompt, practical and hands-on advice and find that the insight gained from this investment in time allows us to provide the very best, commercially focused solutions.

We know from our experience that the two most common HR related challenges in any business are managing sickness related absence and dealing with difficult employees. We can share our experiences with you to help you understand what a reasonable level of sickness looks like as well as managing relevant employees in a firm but fair way.

Our practical approach includes providing you with checklists, timetables, draft letters and other key materials. We are always on hand to provide support and guidance when disciplinary action is required, and to assist with any grievances raised.

To find out how we can support your business in relation to HR matters, please contact us now. We would be delighted to hear from you.
