At previous workshops we have looked at the law surrounding protected conversations and managed exits. At this new workshop we will, with the aid of case studies, take a practical approach and explore in detail.
Topic 1: The type of circumstances/events which occur in the workplace where it would be beneficial and appropriate for a business to conduct a protected conversation with an employee.
Topic 2: We will be discussing when not to hold protected conversations with an employee.
Topic 3: This workshop will cover the pitfalls and common problems associated with holding a protected conversation with an employee.
