  • Marketing Coordinator – Luton – Full-time

    We are pleased to offer the opportunity to join the Firm as our Marketing Co-ordinator.  The role is based at our Luton office but will require occasional travel to our Harpenden and St Albans offices.

    The successful candidate will have previous marketing/communications experience preferably in professional services and be keen to develop their hands-on experience in a busy and driven environment.  The role supports the Firm’s Marketing Committee in the work involved in delivering our Firmwide marketing strategy.  Previous experience of project delivery, meeting deadlines, data entry, managing a marketing database and communication with a number of internal and external parties will be required. 

    The Marketing Co-ordinator will work closely with Partners, Solicitors, fee earners and external third-parties. 

  • General Office Assistant - Luton - 3 Days Per Week (Mon-Wed)

    Taylor Walton is looking to recruit a General Office Assistant who can provide routine general practical support to all of the Firm's three offices by undertaking a mix of regular office duties.

     

  • Team Legal Secretary – Luton, Harpenden & St Albans – Full-time

    There is an opportunity in each of our branch offices (Luton Harpenden and St Albans) for a Legal Secretary to join join our Secretarial Team providing support to a number of Solicitors across different departments within a team of other experienced Secretaries.  The successful candidate will join a Team of secretaries who receive work mainly from Solicitors based in our Residential Conveyancing department.

    The Secretarial Teams in Harpenden and St Albans also provide support to our Private Client, Family and Commercial Real Estate departments, whilst the Luton based Team Secretary will also support Commercial Litigation, Employment and Corporate & Commercial Solicitors.

    Please note that as mentioned there is a heavy bias towards Residential Conveyancing work.  Candidates should have experience as a legal secretary in at least one of the practice areas listed - experience in Residential Conveyancing will be a distinct advantage.
