James Khakpour-Smith

Commercial Real Estate - Partner

I joined the firm as a trainee after having completed a philosophy and politics degree at Leeds University followed by the GDL conversion course at the College of Law in London.  I qualified as a solicitor into the commercial real estate department and am now Partner.

I act for a broad spectrum of clients, from large offshore property investors to owner managed businesses, and specialise in helping them to look after their property portfolios including financing, acquiring, managing and disposing of commercial freehold and leasehold properties which includes core advice on related legal matters such as Landlord and Tenant Act law.   I represent developers in site finance and acquisition, assembly and sales off of commercial and residential units.
