My role is to ensure the smooth running of our secretarial document production at all of our offices as well as carrying out a busy secretarial role.
I worked for the firm previously in the family department, and returned almost 10 years later as the secretarial team leader. Since then, my role has grown and developed, as have my skills. As well as being an experienced secretary, I have skills in people management and resource planning.
I have always found Taylor Walton to be a very friendly firm to work for. I started when I was just 19 and when I returned several years later, it seemed that the majority of people were still here and many more had joined, which goes a long way to show that people are happy here. I thoroughly enjoy the relationship I have with fee earners and secretaries, in the office environment and also outside of work socially. The work is interesting and varied and there truly is never a dull moment!
