Collaborative Law is an American style of dealing with divorce or separation in a constructive, non-confrontational way. It is supported by Resolution, the professional body that guides family lawyers in best practice. Ben has been a longstanding member of Resolution and is enthusiastic about this alternative to traditional Court proceedings. He has been qualified in Collaborative Law since 2006 and has experience of many cases.
