Clive is a Partner in Taylor Walton’s Corporate & Commercial team and has for over 30 years specialised in advising businesses in relation to their corporate structures, reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions. He has close connections with many national and locally based firms of accountants, IFA’s and other professionals who value his experience in these fields.

Clive is the Firm’s Risk Management Partner and in that capacity has introduced many new initiatives throughout the Firm, including our Lexcel accreditation and contributed to our membership of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Clive is a Trustee of Luton Culture, a charitable trust responsible for the provision of library, museum, arts and community centre services across Luton.
