Hannah Borner is an Associate Solicitor in the Private Client team and is based in Harpenden.
Hannah grew up in Harpenden and was educated at Roundwood Park School. She went on to study Law and Accounting at the University of Leeds, where she graduated with First Class Honours. Hannah studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London and achieved a distinction.
Hannah joined Taylor Walton as a trainee in 2013 after a placement on the firm’s Summer Scheme and gained experience in Private Client, Commercial Property, Employment and Commercial Litigation. Upon her qualification in 2015, Hannah joined the Private Client Department and now has 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Hannah spends a significant proportion of her time in dealing with the administration of Estates and has experience in dealing with complex and multi-million pound Estates. Hannah has dealt with around 70 probate matters since she qualified. Hannah does all she can to make the process as simple as possible for her clients to help them through this difficult time.
Hannah also assists clients in preparing Wills and is able to draft simple and more complex Wills to meet the client’s needs.
Hannah has experience in dealing with drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney for both Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare and can also assist with the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications, if someone has lost mental capacity.
