Helen O’Callaghan is an assistant solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate Department. She advises on a wide range of commercial property matters including acting for both landlord and tenant in lease renewals and buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties.
Helen grew up in Hertfordshire and Suffolk before attaining a Joint Honours BSc in Management and Computer Science from Aston University. Having had a taste of Law during her degree she took her Common Professional Exam and Law Finals at the College of Law in York before taking her training contract with a small commercial firm in Hertford.
Helen joined Taylor Walton in 1997 as an Assistant Solicitor.
She undertakes all aspects of commercial real estate and is valued for her commercial, practical approach to matters. She currently works closely with the Partners in the Department and in particular Dermot Carey, the Managing Partner.
She is known for her calm and pragmatic approach to whatever comes her way and her ability to find a solution to any situation.
