Katarina is a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation department at Taylor Walton, who joined the Firm in 2020. She has particular experience in contractual disputes, professional negligence, debt and insolvency, director and shareholder disputes, property litigation and intellectual property.
Katarina acts for both claimants and defendents, undertaking her own advocacy where appropriate and has extensive experience of litigation in the High Court, County Court, Bankruptcy Court and First-tier Property Tribunal, as well as conducting mediation and joint settlement meetings.
Katarina previously undertook a group litigation action acting for 300+ clients in mis-selling claims for missold timeshares, including claims under s75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, the majority of which settled outside of court.
Katarina previously worked at a regional law firm where her achievements were recognised within the Legal 500.
