Sara Czarny is a solicitor in the family department and works as a member of the team in the firm’s St Albans office.
Sara has wide experience in all aspects of private family law. She acts for clients in divorce proceedings, financial remedy and children matters, as well as all other aspects of relationship breakdown. She also advises on pre and post-nuptial agreements and other matters arising out of cohabiting relationships. She has a breadth of experience acting for high net worth individuals and her financial cases often involve complex matters such as pre-marital assets, inherited wealth, offshore assets, and trust structures.
Clients value her attention to detail and her practical and logical approach, as well as her empathetic yet calm attitude in difficult situations.
Sara graduated from Leeds University with a First in Law. She trained at Forsters LLP and qualified in September 2010. She has previously worked for Pennington Manches LLP and Bircham Dyson Bell LLP and joined Taylor Walton in July 2016.
