She also acts on behalf of clients in respect of applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

She attends Court to represent clients in a range of applications, often securing orders for possession of property on behalf of the firm’s commercial clients.

Recent work:

Tracey has recently been involved in advising an elderly couple who were faced with losing their home in which they had lived for over 40 years due to loans taken out by a family member.  Tracey was able to negotiate a settlement which meant the couple remained living in their home.

Tracey recently advised a client in relation to a Judicial Review of a local authority who failed to validate a planning application along-side a breach of a planning Enforcement Notice.  The Judicial Review application was a success and the local authority were ordered to reconsider the client’s planning application.

Tracey represented one of the firm’s commercial clients in relation to a claim for unpaid rent and other sums due under a lease.  The matter came to trial and the client was successful in securing a Judgment for sums due plus an order for their costs of the litigation.
