I am a solicitor in our Residential Conveyancing Department, based in St Albans. I’ve worked in Residential Property since 2014 gaining valuable experience which helps me guide my clients through their property matters.

Throughout my time as a Residential Conveyancing solicitor, I have worked on New Builds, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, Help To Buy Schemes (both the Equity Mortgage side, ISA’s and redemption), freeholds and leaseholds. By having experience across all these matters, I am able to be a central port of call for my clients for their residential property journeys.

I know Buying and Selling property is stressful and can be daunting, therefore, my aim is to take away as much of the stress as possible with realistic timescales, a proactive, hands-on attitude, consistent communication and an honest approach to conveyancing.
