Recent work

Daljit Dale started her legal career with Taylor Walton over 10 years ago within the residential property team. She initially began as a conveyancing assistant, but with the support of the firm she studied with the Institute of Legal Executives and is now a qualified Legal Executive and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Daljit is currently based in Luton but has also worked at the St Albans office. This has enabled her to build a great working relationship with both Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire-based estate agents, to ensure that transactions run as smoothly as possible. She has also established a great relationship with estate agents based in Hitchin and Stevenage as well as Luton and surrounding areas.

Daljit deals primarily with residential house sales and purchases including leasehold transactions, remortgages & transfers of equity. In the last two years Daljit has also been heavily involved with shared ownership purchases including “staircasing”, which involves the purchase of additional shares in shared ownership acquisitions.

In her spare time Daljit is particularly interested in travelling and learning about different cultures around the world.

What our clients say

"We just had to write about our recent experience with you.  Last September we sold our house and used the solicitor on the panel of our estate agents. Not an enjoyable experience and one not to be repeated.

When we made an offer on our new home a close friend suggested we contact Daljit Dale at Taylor Walton. She had acted for them previously on a house purchase and they were happy to recommend her as being excellent at her job.

They were right. From our first contact with her she inspired us with confidence. This is the first time we have moved for 27 years so are not experienced in the procedures. She  is professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. She was noticeably the most on the ball person in our chain.

We are always ready to complain at bad service so it is great to find an occasion when one is able to compliment and praise exceptional service."
