What our clients say
We were extremely impressed with Heather's efficient and professional service. The purchase of our property was completed within an extremely short timespan, at the request of the Vendor, but despite this Heather managed to provide us with a first class, highly personalised service. In addition, she was approachable and always replied quickly to any of our queries for which we were very grateful. We would not hesitate to recommend her.
We used Heather for both the sale and purchase of our properties and found her a real pleasure to deal with. My past experience with other firms had been that I felt that the solicitor often seems oblivious to how important and emotive that the purchase of a home is for their client and don't always keep you promptly up to date with updates or go the extra mile to move the process along. With Heather, not only was her work very efficient but the empathy was also there in abundance and gave me total confidence that she was doing everything she could to speed things up when faced with very slow moving solicitors down the chain. I would highly recommend her.
We moved house in St Albans on 12 December 2014 and Heather Canning handled both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. At an already stressful time of year coupled with having to deal with putting our elderly mother into a care home, Heather's hard work and attention to detail made our move so smooth it seemed easy. All papers arrived when expected and the occasional phone call when needed was much appreciated. Without a doubt the best solicitor we have used, and we will use again when needed.
