I am a solicitor in our Residential Conveyancing Department, based in our St Albans office. I deal with all Residential Property matters from sale and purchases of Leasehold and Freeholds, Shared Ownership, Remortgages, and Transfer of Equity. Having grown up locally, I know St Albans, Harpenden and the surrounding areas well.

I qualified into Residential Conveyancing in 2019 after completing my training contract at Taylor Walton. Upon qualifying, we entered into the Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) relief deadline which meant the world of Residential Conveyancing was busy and required transactions to be dealt with at a fast pace and with accurate handling to meet deadlines and keep clients informed. Whilst an extremely busy time, it was invaluable training and means I am used to dealing with transactions in a timely manner.

I am described by clients as friendly and approachable and someone who offers advice in  straight forward, ‘normal’ language without legal jargon.

Understanding my client’s needs is extremely important to me, so I aim to listen, and communicate regularly, ensuring I stick to deadlines.
