I am a solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial Department, assisting clients with a broad range of transactional matters.

Having trained at Taylor Walton, I qualified into the Corporate and Commercial department in September 2022 and have gained experience in relation to advisory work, commercial contracts and private M&A deals.

On the commercial side, I have been able to utilise and develop the experience I gained as an Intellectual Property Paralegal advising clients in relation to the protection of their intellectual property rights and the use of third-party works subject to such protection. I also have experience with data protection matters including advising clients in relation to the collection, retention and exploitation of personal data, the effects of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations on online marketing and drafting a number of UK GDPR compliant documents including data processing agreements, privacy policies, cookie notices and model contractual clauses.

My corporate experience has covered acting on both the buy and sell side of M&A transactions conducting due diligence, drafting documentation and assisting clients with the disclosure process. Additionally, I have worked with clients to re-organise their corporate structures, amend shareholder agreements and advise on the enforceability of confidentiality agreements as well as what permissions are required for a registered charity to amend their constitutional documents.

Outside of work, I enjoy drawing portraits, hiking and traveling.
