James is currently a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Department assisting all fee earners on a range of matters including amending shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, drafting board minutes, share purchase agreements, shareholder resolutions, statutory registers and confirmation statements and assisting with intra-group restructuring.

Education:

LLB (Commercial Law) – University of Hertfordshire (2.1 Hons)

LLM (e-Commerce) – University of Hertfordshire (Distinction)

LPC – BPP University, Holborn (Distinction)

 

Previous Career:

James has previously worked as a Personal Assistant (Commercial and Infrastructure team), an Intellectual Property Paralegal and Legal Business Support Office for Hertfordshire County Council.

Interests

James is a holder of the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award.

He also enjoys hiking, reading, drawing portraits and spending time with friends and family.
