About

I am a Partner in our Family Department, based in Harpenden. I advise clients in relation to a broad range of family law issues arising on the breakdown of marriage or cohabitation, with a particular emphasis on the financial claims that arise on divorce.

I also have experience of dealing with cases where there are assets of substantial value and issues relating to family businesses and tracing assets. I advise on all private children law matters, from disputes about residence and contact arrangements to the relocation of children outside of the jurisdiction.

Furthermore, I advise clients in relation to protecting assets by entering into pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation deeds.

I am committed to dealing with cases in a sensitive but practical manner. Working hard to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients.

Along with my colleagues, I am also a member of Resolution. Resolution is a community of family justice professionals who work with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way.

Interests

Outside of work I enjoy foreign travel and socialising with friends and family.

What our clients say

"I just wanted to thank you for everything you have done for me and the girls over the last few months, I really do appreciate all your hard work. We are now settled in our new home and can start looking forward to the future. Thank you also for assisting with the child care matter, things do seem more settled now and X seems a lot happier... should I need further help in the future I will not hesitate to contact you and would not hesitate to recommend your services."

"Thank you for all your help and support over the past 18 months. You have gone over and above and listened patiently to my many concerns and woes!"

"Now that the legal matters in relation to my relocation to New Zealand have been settled, I would like to say a big thank you for the invaluable assistance and support you provided throughout.

The discussion we had at my initial free consultation all those months ago inspired me with the confidence to begin the process of pursuing my long-cherished goal of returning home to New Zealand. From that point on, I felt confident that I was being properly advised. During the process, I was grateful for the very prompt and efficient attention and care that was given to all matters as they arose. I also very much appreciated the sensitivity and fairness that you demonstrated, considering the emotive and difficult nature of the matter for both parties. Although X consented in the end, I don't believe this would have occurred without the legal steps that I pursued.

Once again, thank you Natalie for helping me to achieve this life-changing goal."

"Thank you Natalie for all your fantastic professional work and help."
