Renata Upperton

I’m a solicitor in our Private Client Department, based in our Harpenden Office. I specialise in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and probate matters – I enjoy what I do.

My experience includes Will drafting for clients with simple and complex estates, preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trust, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney as well as all aspects of probate work.

I have advised people on what steps they can take to ensure their estate passes to their chosen beneficiaries in the most tax efficient way (lifetime dealings and post death arrangements).

The nature of the services I provide often requires me to meet with people during the most difficult and challenging times of their lives. I always aim to be personable, approachable and compassionate.
