Shreena is a solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department and joined Taylor Walton LLP in January 2019. Shreena deals with various aspects of corporate and company law including mergers & acquisitions, constitutional documents, share rights and general commercial documents.

Shreena studied Comparative Literature at Queen Mary University of London, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law.

Shreena has previously worked at a top 5 law firm in India. During her studies, Shreena worked and gained experience in Corporate, Commercial and Commercial Property law in London where she assisted in advising businesses on their corporate structures and reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements, the buy-back of shares and share / asset acquisitions and disposals.

Shreena has completed eight grades, Bronze, Silver and Gold medals in spoken prose and verse with the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA).
