Stephanie is a Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing Department based at the Harpenden Office.

Stephanie was born and educated in St Albans and attended Marlborough School. She then went on to study Law at the University of Hertfordshire and graduated with a First Class in 2013.

Stephanie joined Taylor Walton in September 2014 after enjoying a placement on the firm’s summer vacation scheme. Stephanie went on to complete her training contract with Taylor Walton and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2018.

Stephanie deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including registered, unregistered, freehold, leasehold land. For the most part Stephanie deals with sales and purchases including right to buy, help to buy, buy to let, new builds and shared ownership together with transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

Stephanie is very keen on implementing modern conveyancing procedures to make the process more efficient for her clients. She believes in a collaborative approach to conveyancing and endeavours to keep solicitors, estate agents and clients updated on progress throughout the transaction. She understands the stresses of buying and selling houses and aims to minimise this by providing her clients with a personal service and giving clear and straightforward advice.


In her spare time Stephanie enjoys running regularly and often participates in charity events, she also enjoys foreign travel including skiing and socialising with friends and family.
