About
I am a solicitor in our Residential Conveyancing Department, based in Harpenden. Having grown up and educated in the area, I have an in-depth knowledge of the property market across Hertfordshire.
I deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing including registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold land. For the most part I deal with sales and purchases including right to buy, help to buy, buy to let, new builds and shared ownership together with transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
I am very keen on implementing modern conveyancing procedures to make the process more efficient for my clients.
I believe in a collaborative approach to conveyancing and endeavour to keep solicitors, estate agents and clients updated on progress throughout the transaction.
As I understand the stresses of buying and selling properties, I aim to minimise this by providing my clients with a personal service, giving clear and straightforward advice.
I joined Taylor Walton in September 2014 after enjoying a placement on the firm’s summer vacation scheme. I then went on to complete my training contract with Taylor Walton and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2018.
Interests
In my spare time I enjoy running regularly and often participate in charity events, I also enjoy foreign travel including skiing and socialising with friends and family.
