Stuart Wickham is a conveyancing partner with over 20 years residential property experience, dealing with conveyancing and non-contentious property matters.

Stuart trained at Taylor Walton LLP and qualified 2003.  He was made partner 2011.

Stuart has specialist experience in property maters, in particular right to buy transactions and conveyancing, together with assisting clients with various property areas, including adverse possession, SDLT and tricky property matters.  Stuart provides support and training for the team as well as developing on boarding, IT and in-house systems to facilitate the conveyancing process for staff and clients.  He acts for local and national clients, brokers and agents.  He sits on the Risk Management Committee for the Firm and deals in Business Development for the Firm and his colleagues in Harpenden.


When Stuart is not in the office he enjoys 5am starts on a Saturday morning to ride racehorses for a successful Hertfordshire racehorse trainer. When time is permitting he attends race meetings with the horses, preparing them to be sent out to race. He also follows Northampton Rugby Football Club, having done so since the mid-1980s. Stuart aims to keep fit throughout his working week and enjoys cooking, traveling and sports in general, especially trying out new sports including water skiing and surfing.
