About

I am a Partner in our family department, based in our Harpenden office. I advise on financial settlements, often with an international aspect, both for married and unmarried couples. I also have extensive experience of dealing with child arrangements, including cases involving moving abroad with children and preparing parenting plans.

I enjoy working with clients at the start of their relationships, skilfully guiding them through the process of preparing Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Where relationships break down, I am adept at identifying the best options to meet my clients’ needs, ranging from drafting agreements reached directly between couples, round table meetings, mediation, court proceedings and Arbitration. One size does not fit all.

I am currently training to become a Family Law Supervisor, to help support family lawyers navigating the complexity of dealing with other people’s traumas and stresses. This builds on skills developed as a collaborative lawyer.
