I am a solicitor in our Commercial Property Department, based in Luton.  I act on a wide range of commercial property transactions ranging from landlord and tenant matters, site acquisitions and property re-financing (both lender and borrower-side).

I offer pragmatic and straightforward advice in all aspects of commercial property ranging from Landlord and Tenant work, site acquisitions and agricultural land.

After joining Taylor Walton in 2018 as a paralegal in the Residential Property department, I went on to train with the firm and qualified into the Commercial Property team in 2022. My training also involved time in our Private Client and Employment departments.

My recent work highlights include acting for a purchaser a multi-tenanted farm for £11m and acting on a high value re-finance of a commercial unit for a landlord as part of a wider deal.
