About
I am an Associate Solicitor in our Commercial Property Department, based in our St Albans office. I joined Taylor Walton in 1998, initially working for 23 years in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, specialising in Property Litigation.
In that role, I acted for many of the firm’s commercial clients in relation to business lease renewals, dilapidation claims, forfeiture claims and possession claims. I also acted for many of the firm’s individual clients in relation to residential possession claims, TOLATA claims and trespass claims.
In my role within the Commercial Property department I specialise my advice in relation to Leasehold Enfranchisement matters.
I act for both landlords and tenants in relation to applications for extensions of long residential leases and collective enfranchisement under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
