Heather Cowley

Employment Law - Partner

Heather Cowley is a highly experienced commercial lawyer and the Head of Taylor Walton’s Employment Law team. She deals with all aspects of employment law including business reorganisations, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancies (including collective redundancies), employment tribunal proceedings, managing terminations including disciplinary and grievance procedure, discrimination issues, managing and implementing works councils and information forums, collective and trade union issues.

Heather has consistently been recognised by the Legal 500 as a leading individual for employment law for many years, an independent guide to the UK’s best law firms and lawyers, with comments such as “terrifically energetic and personable”.
