Making a Will
A Will is perhaps the most important document you will sign in your life. It provides the peace of mind that you know that you will pass your assets to the people you wish to benefit, after your death, whether family or friends. If you don’t have a Will, the Intestacy Rules dictate where your assets will go, which is unlikely to be what you want.
Our private client team is highly experienced and will work with you to provide you with a tailor-made Will. This will ensure that you achieve exactly what you want, whether that provides for straight-forward family arrangements, or a more complex structure built around trusts designed to mitigate inheritance tax.
